How do I activate my product?
The activation process varies depending on the product you ordered. For a Tapt Profile, you will receive an invite to create an account with your profiles ready to use. For all other products, download the Tapt app, create a Tapt profile, and follow the prompts to connect your product.
What can I customise in my digital profile?
- Upload a cover image and customise your profile colours to reflect your brand.
- Personalise each profile with personal details, company information, socials, links, and files.
- Customise your contact exchange form to get the most out your newly made connections.

1. Order
Choose your card quantity, add to cart, and check out!
2. Activate
Follow the instructions on the packaging once you receive your product. You will need to activate your product and create an account. The easiest way to do so is via the Tapt App (available on the App and Play stores).
3. Network
After creating your account, edit and design your profile. You are no ready to connect and share!

Why does a Platform fee product appear in my cart?
Tapt’s platform utilisation fee is an annual fee that allows organisations to utilise Tapt’s Dashboard. This Dashboard is used to manage all of your organisation’s Tapt cards and digital profiles, as well as allowing you to integrate with other business software and track the analytics of your card usage.
This fee is tiered depending on how many cards you have with Tapt, and kicks in when you have 5 or more cards with us (if you have less cards than this, you won’t be charged!)
How does a digital business card work?
A digital business card serves the same purpose as a traditional paper business card but in a digital format. It helps you share your contact information in a cool and modern way, using technology instead of old-fashioned paper cards. You can share the cards with a simple tap, so no more worrying about running out of physical cards. Plus, it's eco-friendly because it cuts down on paper wastage.

Shipping and returns
Once your Tapt cards have been created (or, you've approved a design from our team), we allow 14 days to get them printed, shipped, and in your hands. For international orders, please allow between 14 and 21 days (we hate being so far away as well!)
If, by any chance, your Tapt card arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty - we've got you covered! Simply reach out to us at support@tapt.io and we will give you all the information you need to return it to us.
Please be aware that if you change your mind about how you want your Tapt card to look after it has arrived, we are more than happy to work with you on another card, but we won't be able to refund you for the first card!
