Refund policy

Nothing contained in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies the application of any condition, warranty, or other obligation, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws.

Return Window
We accept returns for Tapt Card(s) or other Products within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product has not been damaged through misuse, accident, or abnormal use.
  • Custom Printing on the Tapt Card(s) has not begun.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a Tapt Card(s) or other Products are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you should contact us at support@tapt.io as soon as possible to arrange a return or exchange. You must comply with directions provided for the return process.

Return Costs and Processing

  • If the return is due to a Consumer Guarantee failure, return costs will be covered by Tapt.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure the returned product is safely sent back to us within the 30-day window. We accept no responsibility for lost returns during transit.
