Tapt vs V1CE: your questions

What is the difference between Tapt and V1CE?

Tapt includes employee directory sync, SAML SSO and hands-on rollout support in its platform plan. V1CE arranges enterprise SSO and Azure AD separately, and its team pricing and rollout scope depend on a custom quote.

Do both offer physical NFC cards?

Tapt supplies custom-branded NFC cards with card design, profile setup and coordinated rollout support. V1CE also offers NFC card bundles; software and rollout inclusions depend on the order. Explore Tapt designs in our lookbook; Tapt hardware is priced separately.

Does the person receiving my Tapt card need an app?

No. They can view your Tapt profile and exchange contact details through their web browser.

Can Tapt manage profiles for multiple teams?

Yes. Tapt supports bulk profile updates, profile templates and sub-teams, so you can organise profiles by team, office or region.

How should I compare pricing?

Tapt uses annual platform tiers. Access for 1–4 profiles is free; physical cards are priced separately. Monthly equivalents describe an annual subscription, not monthly billing.

V1CE directs team buyers to a quote for current ClientCapture OS software and card requirements. The individual monthly offer is not a published per-seat team rate. This page shows Tapt’s standard price range alongside a V1CE quote note; it does not multiply the individual price by headcount or claim a saving.

Can we move from V1CE to Tapt?

Tapt’s team can help you plan your move from V1CE, including card design, employee profile setup and rollout coordination. Book a Tapt demo to review your contacts and integrations and confirm the setup for your team.
