Once you place your order, you’ll receive an invite to our platform with instructions on next steps.

Choose your card quantity, add to cart, and check out! Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with an invite to create your Tapt platform account.
2. Design
After logging into the Tapt platform, you can fill in your name and phone number, then simply hit submit!
3. Network
Now sit back and relax while we handle the rest. Your cards will be printed and shipped straight to your door, ready for you to start networking.

Great card overall, and works great with amazing functionality. Will continue using this for months to come. The material of the custom cards seems to be slightly different to the other card materials - it feels less metallic and more like two pieces of plastic or crushed foam stuck together though.

After 2 weeks with this card it is holding up very well, no marks or scuffs and it performs just as advertised when you tap it. The print quality on the logo on it was very good as well.
It took a little to get sorted and cases do interfere a tad, but it’s a fantastic conversation starter and make things easier. I have had 2-3 more people get their own . No need for carrying paper cards

Very happy with this product. The Tapt team helped design my card using my preferred colour palette and existing business design. It took me a little while to work out how to use the card, in particular the correct sequence for adding to people’s contacts but George in the Tapt help team was really good in working through the issues. I tried it live with a few business contacts recently and they loved it! A couple of them said oh I really need to get one of these or I’ve been wanting to get an electronic card. So I felt ahead of the game and thumbs up from the users too! And now I can ditch all those paper business cards for good! Stops wasting resources too so definitely a win-win for me.

Big thank you to the team from Tapt for expediting my new Tapt card to me prior to a big week in Sydney for Online Retailer. Having just come back from Singapore and understanding the importance of still having a physical card to present to people but not wanting to have 100 cards on me which will ultimately be mostly wasted. These cards are NFC chipped, sustainable and wont crumple in my pants when i ultimately forget to take them out of my pockets. Now i just tap and my rugged face magically appears in your phone as a contact. Patrick Bateman would be impressed as it is eggshell white, with a watermark and QR code on thick stock. Really looking forward to giving it a good work out.

Once your Tapt cards have been created (or, you've approved a design from our team), we allow 14 days to get them printed, shipped, and in your hands. For international orders, please allow between 14 and 21 days (we hate being so far away as well!).If, by any chance, your Tapt card arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty - we've got you covered! Simply reach out to us at support@tapt.io and we will give you all the information you need to return it to us.Please be aware that if you change your mind about how you want your Tapt card to look after it has arrived, we are more than happy to work with you on another card, but we won't be able to refund you for the first card!
Tapt’s platform utilisation fee is an annual fee that allows organisations to utilise Tapt’s Dashboard. This Dashboard is used to manage all of your organisation’s Tapt cards and digital profiles, as well as allowing you to integrate with other business software and track the analytics of your card usage.
This fee is tiered depending on how many cards you have with Tapt, and kicks in when you have 5 or more cards with us (if you have less cards than this, you won’t be charged!)
Yes, you can! After you have placed your order, you will have the option to use one of our pre-made templates, or upload your own design.
You can download our Illustrator (.ai) template, add your design, and upload it to send it to print.
Once you place you order, you will have the option to select one of our pre-made templates or upload your own design.
If you choose one of our templates, you will be able to customise background and font colours, font style, printed contact information, add add your logo to either side of the card.
